Embodied Boundaries

Boundaries are more than just limits—they are invitations to deeper authenticity and connection. Too often, we think of boundaries as rigid walls or mental constructs, but in truth, they are deeply embodied experiences. When we listen to the wisdom of our bodies, we can recognize, set, and maintain boundaries that honor our whole selves, fostering balance in relationships, work, and personal growth.

In this 4-week series, we will explore boundaries through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical insights, learning to navigate them in a way that nurtures connection, trust, and mutual respect. Each session includes guided embodiment practices, reflective exercises, and group discussions to help you deepen your understanding of boundaries and develop the confidence to clearly communicate and sustain them. You will gain practical tools to integrate boundaries into your daily life, allowing you to honor your needs while cultivating healthy, fulfilling relationships.

Each week will focus on a different aspect of embodied boundary-setting:

Each session will include grounding practices, guided somatic explorations, partner exercises, and group discussions. You will leave with practical tools to honor your boundaries from a deeply embodied place.
