Please join me for a beautiful weekend retreat where you will have the opportunity to cultivate freedom, self-expression, and the joy of being present in the body.
About the Retreat
Our retreat is set on the beautiful Washington Island, part of Door County, Wisconsin about 7 miles northeast of the Door Peninsula. You will begin your journey to the Island enjoying a beautiful 5-mile ferry ride across the once-treacherous waters of Death’s Door, where Green Bay and Lake Michigan meet. Once you arrive you’ll head over to the historic Hotel Washington where you will be well taken care of by the amazing staff. Just next to the hotel is the studio where we will be holding all four of the classes throughout the weekend.
In between classes, you will have free time to explore the island in all its beauty and wonder. More information about what the island has to offer can be found here.

Included meals are seasonally inspired and sourced by local farmers and growers in the area.

Yoga and Meditation Practices
· Friday 4:00-6:00 pm: Opening Ritual Circle and Meditation, Journal Reflection, Gentle/Restorative Yoga
· Saturday 9:00-11:00 am: Meditation, Journal Reflection, and Rejuvenating Flow
· Saturday 4:00-6:00 pm: Gentle/Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
· Sunday 8:00-10:00 am: Closing Ritual Circle and Meditation, Journal Reflection, and Rejuvenating Flow
LODGING OPTIONS AND SELF-CARE INVESTMENT
Hotel Washington features 8 charming second floor guest rooms. All rooms feature plush bedding with deluxe fair-trade Boll and Branch linens, mattresses designed for restful sleep, bathrobes, a basket of organic toiletries and complimentary WiFi. Guest rooms share two spacious bathrooms with steam showers and whirlpool foot tub.
There is also a private cottage featuring a 1-bedroom queen suite located in the backyard of the Hotel. The cottage includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor space with grill and private bonfire.
